Southern Home Improvements is a family business established in 1980. Since that time we have helped hundreds of South Australian families improve their homes.

Adel Naguib came from the land of great structures. So it is hardly surprising in Australia he has chosen to enter the field of home improvements

The Egyptian born mechanical engineer has performed hands on work in the building industry. That start coupled with his higher education has given him a fine appreciation of all that is required in the demanding and highly competitive field of home improvements and customer built homes.

His philosophy is simple:-

"We only do what we can do best"
and what Southern Home Improvements does best is build ground floor and upper storey extensions, custom homes and multi dwelling developments.

We have been in the same premises and the same ownership for over 26 years. The reason we have been in business for that period of time is:-

Southern Home Improvements has been in business over 26 years and to secure the continuity and expansion of the company Michael Naguib joined the family business in 2004.

Michael has completed and obtained a bachelor in computer system engineering from Flinders University in 2003. After he graduated he decided to join the family business to assure the continuity and the expansion of the business. "We are here to stay."
