Solution:
The client was in desperate need to create an extra entertaining area and additional bedrooms for their growing family.
The final product has transformed the appearance of the home and just as importantly created additional living space in the suburb they love. The addition comprises two bedrooms, a spacious living area, ensuite and kitchenette. This extension won the HIA Housing award 2003 for renovation project (in its price range).
