Solution:

Southern Home Improvements was called to extend the House of a growing family. 
It was a challenging task.
 
The clients requested a Master Bedroom with Ensuite, Parent’s Retreat, and Study. 
To capture the sea views our design team worked with and listened to the Clients requirements to achieve their objective.  A balcony with glass balustrade was incorporated in the design.
 
To blend the new extension with the existing home, the front of the house was rendered and the front door and window was replaced.
 
A high quality timber staircase that leads to the parent’s retreat was built.
 
To increase the energy efficiency of the house all external walls and ceiling have been insulated with fiberglass insulation.  As well, external walls and roof have been insulated with aluminium foil.
