Solution:
Living close to the beach but previously not having any views it was always a dream for this client to be able to sit on their own balcony and watch the boats cruise past.
This dream is now a reality for this family with this spectacular upper story extension.
This family is now able to entertain their guests away from their children with their own entertaining area which includes a bar and a separate study area.
This extension won the 2004 Master Builders Association (MBA) Building Excellence for Excellence in renovation or addition (in its price range).
