Solution:

Our consultant was invited by the owner of the home to discuss & design an extension. The owner's requirements were to add a master bedroom with ensuite, theatre room and a balcony to capture the sea views. After discussing and liaising with the owner we have come up with this beautiful design to compliment the existing home.
